Sawline Quality Operator
You’ll play a key role in protecting product quality by ensuring only acceptable material continues through production. Inspecting lumber for defects such as knots, splits, wane, checks, warp, and other quality issues
Glue Line Operator
As an employee in the glue area, you’ll be responsible for pulling material from inventory, prepping material for glue, and using a clamp carrier to glue for width, length, and thickness. Your attention to detail will help ensure efficient workflows, maintain quality standards, and support timely deliveries to our clients.
Molder Machine Operator
We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Molder Machine Operator to join our team of employee-owners. Experience with molders or woodworking machinery is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right mechanically inclined person with a great attitude and solid work ethic.
Tooling Setup Technician
You’ll play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently and accurately by ensuring tooling is properly prepared, measured, and maintained. You’ll also support saw operations to ensure material is properly cut and ready for production flow.
